This is a very quiet, residential neighborhood so the following rules are strictly enforced... PARTIES/EVENTS -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Parties/Events are not allowed and will result in a $500 fine In line with the mandatory restrictions set by the governor of California that prohibits unnecessary gatherings or party-related events. We will be more vigilant and rigid with monitoring the alerts and notifications coming from the surveillance devices placed outside the property. PEACE & QUIET -=-=-=-=-=-=-= Quiet hours Noise complaints will result in a $500 fine. In case we find out any violations on quiet hours, or complaints from the neighbors, please be informed that cancellation and eviction will be in place and police will be involved. Please check the Quiet Hours indicated. NEIGHBORHOOD -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- This home sits in a very quiet, private neighborhood cul-de-sac. Under no circumstances should guests step foot on a neighbor's property. Please note that there is a small play area near the mailboxes, but it is on private property and prohibited from use by guests. PETS -=-=- Pets are not allowed. Non-disclosure may result in a flat charge of $500.00 + any extraordinary cleaning charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund. You will be responsible for charges to clean and deodorize the house or replace damaged items/furniture. MAX OCCUPANCY -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= The maximum occupancy for this property is 12. The number of people on the property at any time cannot exceed the number of confirmed guests on the reservation. Due to our no additional guest policies, safety, and insurance; the number of guests- whether they are staying or visiting will have to match the number of guests on your reservation. PARKING -=-=-=-= We accept no liability for loss, damage, penalties which might be sustained by any vehicle while on these premises. Please make sure to park on designated parking areas as instructed. Please limit parking to 4 vehicles in driveway. SMOKING/VAPING -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc) inside the home is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine per day. TRASH DISPOSAL -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- There are three trash bins placed outside of the single-car garage on the driveway. The green bin is for compost, the blue bin is for recycling, and the grey bin is for all regular trash. Any trash left onsite in excess of the existing bin capacity may incur an additional disposal fee of $150. The gardener places trash bins on the curb for pick-up every Thursday. FOOD -=-=-= Please limit consumption of food to common and dining areas. Please do not leave leftover food items outside, as they could welcome ants during the warmer months. SHOES -=-=-= We want to maintain a clean, hygienic environment in the home. As such, please do not wear shoes inside the home. The floors were cleaned and disinfected after the previous guests. BBQ -=-= You are most welcome to use the BBQ, but please be sure to clean it afterwards. If you would like the hosts to take care of the BBQ cleaning, just let us know and we will arrange for it after your check-out. The BBQ cleaning comes for an additional fee of $45. THERMOSTATS -=-=-=-=-=-=-=- To ensure the air conditioning units don't get damaged, the temperature may not be lowered below 74 F at anytime during your stay. REMOTE CONTROLS -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Please note that if remote controls are lost by guests, there is a charge of $100 DAMAGES -=-=-=-=-= Any damages will be charged to the guest.
